Antique Oak Shop Display Case by Thobol Groningen

A beautiful antique oak shop display case manufactured by Thobol Vitrines of Groningen, the Netherlands. Featuring an oak frame, steel-clad edges with exposed rivets and its original maker's plaque, this display case has a timeless industrial appearance.

Originally used in a shop or bakery, the interior still retains the original glass dividers, making it ideal for displaying collectibles, jewellery, watches or other small objects.

The display case remains in good vintage condition with normal signs of age and use. The top glass panel has been replaced at some point in its history. The original sliding glass doors at the rear are no longer present. The wood and metal show an attractive aged patina with minor wear consistent with age, while the glass has the usual light surface marks from decades of use.
