At Old Goods, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

As a consumer, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period by email or using the standard withdrawal form.

Please note:
This right applies only to private consumers. Business customers are not eligible for returns.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days after notification
  • The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories
  • Items should be returned, where possible, in their original packaging
  • The product may only be handled as it would be in a physical store

Because we sell vintage and used items, signs of wear are to be expected and are part of the product’s character.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed
  • You are responsible for safe return shipping and proof of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase product price.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days
  • We may wait to issue the refund until the item has been received
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method

They delivery costs will not be refunded.

Condition & Liability

You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged during transport:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and the item
  • We will arrange a solution, which may include return and refund

Important Notes

  • Vintage items may show signs of age and use
  • Not all minor imperfections are individually listed
  • By purchasing without requesting additional details, you accept the item’s condition
