Delivery

• Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• Old Goods aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
• If no specific delivery time is agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout or upon request.

Delay in Delivery

• If delivery is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed within 30 days after placing the order.
• In such cases, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge.

Risk & Responsibility

• The risk of damage or loss remains with Old Goods until the moment of delivery.
• After delivery, the responsibility transfers to the customer.

Transport Damage

• If an item is damaged during transport:
  • The agreement will be cancelled
  • The item will be collected by Old Goods
  • A full refund will be issued within 14 days after return

⚠️ Customers must report transport damage promptly and provide clear photos of:

• The packaging upon delivery
• The damaged item

• All items are vintage and may show signs of use
• Packaging is done carefully, but due to the nature of vintage goods, extra care is advised when handling upon arrival
